The dust-proof test chamber is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB4208-93 (equivalent to IEC60529-2001) "Degrees of Protection Provided by Enclosures (IP Code)", and is suitable for conducting sand and dust tests on electrical products with the first characteristic digits of 5 and 6 (IPX5 and IPX6)
This test chamber can provide non laminar vertical circulation airflow for dust, which can be timed and controlled; Simultaneously configure a vacuum pump to extract air from the outer shell of the tested product, and adjust the amount of extraction and pressure difference; In addition, an airflow temperature control device is installed inside the box to ensure that the test is conducted under standard environmental conditions
According to the standard requirements, this test chamber uses artificial analogy of dust environment to test the dustproof ability of the tested product. The specific requirements and qualification criteria should be in accordance with GB4208-93 (IEC60529-2001) or relevant product standards

This device cannot meet the sand and dust test with wind source in GJB150.
